Trouble! With printer

Unable to change settings when I try to print from laptop.can not change to. Color or change side. Do I have something turned off

Could you explain in more detail what is happening?

What program are you printing from?

What paper profile do you have selected?

What is the operating system of your laptop, Windows 7,8 or 10?

When I try to print from laptop it will only print 4x6 black and white. I am unable to change. HP Photosmart C7250 all in one. URL HTTP://192.168.0.2

What program are you printing from? Windows Photos App or something else?

What is the operating system your Computer is using?

If you need to reinstall the drivers, I cannot point you to the right direction yet until you answer my questions.

The problem here is, if you dont know what program you are using to print from, for all I know you aren't even using it correctly then as I dont know what steps you are taking to print.

I cannot advise on a driver if needed if you cannot tell me what your operating system is.

Did you install drivers for your printer, If so, from where did you get them? A disk or did you download them?

If you cannot answer my questions, I cannot help you.
