I'm trying to print using this Magnet sheet but it keeps saying "Paper size mismatch" (I tried printing using the paper size letter and index card letter).

Is the magnet sheet not supported by the printer or am I using the wrong settings?

 

*My printer is the HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One

It does not support that kind of paper. Please check its specs:
