When I print tax forms from TurboTax on my Deskjet 2541 printer, half of the bottom line is cut off.  Tried page setup at 90% but it didn't help.

@Spike761

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand half of the bottom line is cut off while attempting to print tax forms on Deskjet 2541 using Turbo Tax application,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help you, although, to provide an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern:

Does this happen only while printing from the Turbo Tax app or is it the same no matter which app you use?

(If it's limited to one application, I recommend you Contact the manufacturer of the App and check/change the settings accordingly),

If the issue occurs on all the apps, I suggest you follow the below steps:

Solution one: Use genuine HP cartridges

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges. If you do not use genuine HP cartridges, the steps in this document might not resolve the issue. To check the authenticity of your cartridges, go to hp.com/go/anticounterfeit.

Solution two: Allow the printer to rest

Sometimes, print quality issues can be resolved during a period of inactivity. Consider waiting for about 30 minutes, and then try the print job again.

Solution three: Check the paper

Follow these guidelines to make sure that the paper is appropriate for the print job. If it is not, reload the printer with an appropriate paper type.

I'm pretty sure it's a Turbo Tax problem. I do use HP ink and printing other documents didn't have the problem. Noticed that others in the Turbo Tax community also had the problem. Thanks for your help.
