On the T120 screen it shows the following:

Single sheet

In middle part of screen it has: Status: Not ready. Underneath that it has: The current ready paper source is Multi sheet tray. In bottom left corner it has: Paper type. In bottom right corner it has: Load single sheet (which I did). Is there something in the instructions that I missed or I goofed up???

I can offer the following:

I suspect the issue has to do with loading a "single sheet" as opposed to loading, setting, and using the "Multi-sheet tray".

Could also be a misconfiguration due to the paper size of the single sheet (only certain sizes are supported).

To help you figure out the issue and to correct the setup, please read the User Guide :

Paper loading is explained in Chapter 5, Page 36.

Printing examples are provided in Chapter 8, Page 57

I did what you suggested but to no avail. What I get on the T120 plotter screen is as follows: Very top left hand corner it has: Single sheet. The message part of the screen has: Picture of Single sheet.. A few spaces to the right it has Status: Not ready. The next line it has: The current ready paper source is Multi sheet tray. In bottom left corner it has: Paper type. In bottom right corner it has: Load Single sheet.

So, in the top left corner it has Single sheet. I am under the impression  that the T120 is ready for single sheet. But, why does it have for Status: Not ready and current ready paper source is Multi sheet tray??? It always shows Load Single sheet.

I am at a loss of what to do. If you can help me on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
