HP LaserJet P1102w
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I modified the network settings on the printer to turn Bonjour off. It worked.

Now I want to turn it back on but I can't seem to get into the HTML Config page anymore.

On the printer settings, I got to Options & Supplies, select the Utility tab, click on Open Printer Utility and then click the button labeled HTML config but nothing happens. What can I do?

Hi @Johnny_Bravo,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums with your settings inquiry.

I understand that you are using an HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer with a Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan computer and you would like to access the printer's Embedded Web Server(EWS) so you can turn the Bonjour setting back on. I would like to help with that.

The EWS is opened though a web browser by entering the printer's IP address in the address bar. You can get the printer's IP address by printing a configuration page from the printer.

Once you have the IP from the configuration page, enter it in the browser and it should take you to the EWS. If it does not you may have to reconfigure the printer on the network.

If are are able to connect to the printer's EWS follow the steps below to change the Bonjour setting.

1. Click the Network tab from the EWS navigation menu.

2. Under Advanced Settings on the left side of the screen, click Bonjour.

3. Click the drop-down menu next to Bonjour Highest Priority Service, select 9100 Printing, and then click Apply.

4. Under Advanced Settings, click Bonjour to confirm that the changes applied.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

In fact, if this helps you to reach a solution, please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons down below in this message. 🙂
