HP M425dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a confusion with scanning with M425dn.  :smileyindifferent:

It supposes to scan and copy two-side as well as single side.

I figure it out how to copy two-side, and it is in the manual also (official manual on this site), but I can't figure it out how to scan two-side.

It says here that it can do "automatic two-sided scanning and copying" > http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/printers/hp-laserjet-pro-400-mfp-m425dn?jumpid=re_r11662_redirect_ETR&...

Is it really possible to scan two-side with this all-in-one and how?

The device is capable of 2-sided scan, however, depend on what app you use to scan, and how you scan, 2-sided option may or may not be available.

For example, 2-sided scan is available from the printer's LCD:

touch "Scan", and then "Scan to USB" (or other scan options)

touch the "Settings" icon (first icon on bottom bar).

touch "On" on "2-sided"

OK

I accepted Reply as solution, although I have a detailed one.

I tried to upload pictures, but there's seems to be a problem with upload, so I'll just explain.

Afte Entering Scan Settings for two side scan you should go > Scan Source > Document feeder > > 2 - Sided.

The point is that you have to choose correct source, and that is Document feeder, to be able to select 2 Sided Scan.
