Having just converted to Windows 10 and having installed the recommended driver, I find that the two-sided printing option is no longer available. When I go to the Properties screen and click on "Finishig" there is no longer a place to check "print on both sides." There is a Printing Shortcuts" tab that has a pull-down menu lablelled "Print on both sides." However there is only one option available in it and that one reads "no."

Ensure that the driver knows that a duplex unit is present on the printer (assuming that one is):
- For the printer instance in question, bring up the Printer properties dialogue.
- Select the Device settings tab.
- Ensure that the duplex unit is set to Installed rather than Not installed.
You'll probably need to be logged in with administrator credentials in order to change the device settings.
