Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I go to apps on the printer screen, I get the following message: The service may be busy. Retry later. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates." I did a firmware update but I'm still getting the same error message. Any advice? Thank you!
