My HP8600 printer has been installed and working for the past 4 years, my operating system is Windows 10home. I have had no issues until last week. The message was 'unable to communicate with printer' 'you my need to add the printer again'.
I uninstalled the printer. Now when I put the disk into to reinstall it, it says 'System Corrections Required'. 'This software can only be installed on computers runninng the following Windows OP: XP, Vista, 7. Upgrade the OP of this computer or install this software on another computer system.'
I'm at a loss on this issue since it has worked all along. Any help?
