Unable to install HP Photosmart C4480 on Windows - Driver not listed in Windows update

Hello, I'm not able to install the printer on a new Windows 10 computer. I'm running Windows 10 Version 21H2. The HP "drivers" page for this printer says to install it using the Windows installation procedures (here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c4400-all-in-one-printer-series/36555...)

"Install the HP Printer Driver and Software provided within your operating system."

In the "Add Printer" / "Install the printer driver" window, HP is not listed until I click "Windows Update". After several minutes I see "HP", "Hewlett-Packard" and "Hewlett Packard". Neither of these options show the Photosmart C4480.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for the link, but I'm not comfortable downloading an installing a driver from a personal Amazon drive account. I would encourage other people also show caution and not download/install this file. Perhaps you can point me to a download link from the official hp.com website?

Unfortunately, that link does not contain a driver installation executable for Windows 10. That is why I posted this question in the first place. This is what I see on that page.

When I try to install via the operating system the Photosmart C4400 series (or C4480) is not listed.

On the "Add Printer" window, I click "Windows Update":

After a few minutes I see  long list of printers from manufacturer names "HP", "Hewlett Packard" and "Hewlett-Packard". 

The printer is not listed under any:
