Hi,

 

We have Domain  environment in our organisation. In domain network Printer 1020 plus feature "both side print" not working.

  • HP Laserjet 1020 Plus
  • Windows 7 Professional

Printing get hanged and printer led is continuously blinking for pending job

I understand the printer won't print two sided.

I will be happy to help you.

 

How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)

Is the printer connected to the computer or router?

 

The printer would need to be connected directly to the computer by a USB connection for proper communication.

The two-sided printing on this model is manual.

I have provided a document for the Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Manual Duplexing)
