Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to print from internet based mails etc to my HP envy 4500 series network printer. Will print perfectly from word / Excel but not internet. Tried Hp Doctor and printed test document OK. I also have HP pc using old XP system and this works fine.

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums. 

 

I understand that you are able to print from Word or Excel but not from Internet or browsers. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Do you get any errors while printing from browsers?

Have you tried different browsers?

Do you have multiple printers listed?

 

When you print from any browser, click on the advanced print settings option in the print dialog box. 

Select the option to "print as image" or "include background graphics." 

This should help you to print from any browser.

Thanks for the quick response.I think I have sorted out the print problem. I checked the driver update option, which was set off, and downloaded new driver which now works, albeit print seems slower. However I was printing a large Spanish translation document. If it doesn't improve I'll follow your suggestion and respond.
