Product: Photosmart Premium C309
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Really having problems with the printer just lately after being excellent for so long.  I am not unable to print wireless and it will not copy either so wireless cant be an issue.  It prints a test page perfectly.  Any ideas on what the problem might be.

Well, I am impressed!  Found HP Print and Scan Doctor and problem now resolved. Thank you HP
