Hi,
From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document(s) have been removed.
Hope this helps.

I cant find the C:windows....... link 😞 I skipped that step and dint restart my computer and went to see if there were documents waiting to be printed on microsoft word and it said no printer installed. After i tried to install one, it said the Active Directory Domain service is not installed?

i have been trying get a document printed. the printer button on my laptop tab says, 0 documents pending as there was low cartridge in the printer. Does this mean that the document would get printed the next time refill my cartridges?
