I can print but, cannot scan.  It says drivers are not installed.  Please help.

Please download and install driver from Canon

Thank you for your suggestion. 

 

Unfortunately, Canon does not issue drivers for this model to support Windows 10 operating system.

Hi,

 

Well, that's life. I always say my view: software vendors (Microsoft, Apple) will NEVER tell users the existing hardware may not work with their new Operating systems. Printer products from HP, Canon, Epson, Brothers ... will die no matter what but they may die sooner due to new Operating systems.

 

It is very costly to support old products when new products come out every second week and CHEAPER.
