Macbook
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Unable to scan documents on my M1005 MFP when attached to the Macbookpro but I am able to print. Please help.

Is there any error while scanning? If yes refer document below.

Thanks for your responses. The drivers but Printer is working fine. I have installed easy scan and vuscan but cant see scanner getting added.

I have gone ahead with shutting and restarting the printer, Macbook . USB seems ok as its recognising the Printer part.

I have removed the printer and added it back but found the same issue.

 

Only option remains is reinstalling the drivers, am unable to locate them on my Macbook how shoudl I proceed!
