Product: HP Office Jet Pro 6970

I purchased a new HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 in Baja Mexico. Now I cannot find 904 cartridges online or in stores. 902 does not work as suggested.

Hi,

What region are you located at?

 

The 904 cartridges are available in Latim America, the 902 cartridges are intended for the United States and Canada.

 

If you may moved with the printer to another country you will need a full set of the local ink  cartridges, then you will need to contact HP Sopport to reset the printer for the target region, else it will not accept the cartridges.

We are in Baja Mexico and purchased the printer here at Costco. They have no cartridges.
