HP Office Jet Printer 5745
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I use "Authentisgn" for electronic signatures, there is a heading embedded on the top of every page that says:  "Unlicensed Printer, License is Needed."  I've contacted Authentisign and they say it is a printer problem.  Is there some setting on my printer that needs to be changed?  If so, how would I go about that?  Thank you for your help.  Deb in MN

Hi @RealtorDebinMN,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you are running into some issues when using the "Authentisgn" for electronic signatures. You are using the HP Officejet Printer 5745.

Do you get any error messages when printing from other programs?

Did you recently upgrade to the Windows 10 Operating system?

If you are able to print from all other programs with no issues, I suggest contact the Authentisign Support site and see what options they have available for you.

I will watch for your reply.

Hi,

I uninstalled the Authentisign print driver and then re-installed ........... that did the trick!  Thank you.  Deb
