Product: HP Officejet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I rely on the Apps function for my job. I have had to 'update Apps' every time I use it for some time, which is a pain. 

 

But now it is telling me I cannot update Apps, so I cannot use the Apps at all!!

 

My firmware is up-to-date and I've tried a hard reboot.

 

Please help
