Hello,

I have problems with updating the firmware repository on my Web Jetadmin. When I try to get the latest firmware as described in the guide "UPGRADING FIRMWARE using HP Web Jetadmin", I get the following error: "An error occured while getting the list of images from www.hp.com: The remote server returned an error: (404) not found.. Please check your internet setting."

After analysis of log files of proxy server I found the cause for the error. Web Jetadmin try to get the file pfirmware.glf from ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software/pfirmware. But the file doesn't exist in this path, when you use filezilla to manually download the file. Does any know where to find the actual pfirmware.glf?

The above ftp directory exists but not that file.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software/pfirmware/

Another thread where it mentions that missing file:

/t5/Print-Servers-Network-Storage/WJA-10-2-Firmware-Import/td-p/1109050

This document points to that ftp site:

http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01943164/c01943164.pdf

And this web page:

http://www.hp.com/go/wja_firmware
