I am trying to enlarge the print , I select Custom Size and it still comes out small , when printing my receipts from Ebay or other sites . i don't know what I am doing wrong . Sure would have been nice if HP included an Instruction Booklet . Guess that was too much to ask . I had an Old Dell printer and never had printing issues .

@linden1301,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to enlarge the print while printing from your HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Creating Custom Paper Sizes

You may also check the check the print drivers settings from the link: Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
