Having troubles using HP Photo Creations with my HP Envy 4520. In Card Creation, I chose a Celtic Triquatra and sized down the image. Chose "Centered" and it appears to be on the top half of an 8.5 x 11. As if you were to fold paper in half, it would be centered on the top half.
Print Preview shows image exacly where I want it, but Print Out is skewed. The image is rotated right and shifted slightly left of center.
How can I correct this please?

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Envy 4520 printer and while printing from HP Photo Creations, the print preview shows the desired output. But when you chose a Celtic Triquatra and sized down the image. Chose "Centred" and it appears to be on the top half of an 8.5 x 11. As if you were to fold paper in half, it would be centred on the top half.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
- Does the printer print fine while printing from other applications.
- Do you select paper type and size from photo creations only or also choose the paper type and size from Windows?
If printer prints fine from other applications, try to select the paper type and size in Windows too. Meanwhile, if issue persists then uninstall HP photo creations and reinstall it from this link.
Hope this information helps. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂

Hi LJM.
Which project are you using in HP Photo Creations? (For example, landscape folded card, portrait folded card, etc.)
If you post a screenshot of the printing screen, we can see what settings you're using. To make a screenshot in Windows 10, you can use the Snipping Tool app.
Here's a screenshot of a folded landscape card on 8½x11 paper. Note that "borderless" is selected in the Paper Size menu.
Thank you,
