HP Recommended
Product: Colour Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

A grey line has appeared on my scan but only when using the document feeder.  

 

I have cleaned everything and run the "cleaning sheets" through.  Printing is not a problem. Scanning on the flat bed is fine. 

 

Followed all the instructions on previous post re vertical lines.  Re-set printer.  Does anyone know how to take apart the document feeder without busting it?
