Color Laserjet Pro M477fdw
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have a brand new Color Laserjet Pro M477fdw on my desk.

Allready made some prints and it looks mo te the text is not sharp. Some lines and text is a bit askew.
It happens on every print I make, but not always on the same lines.

As you can see on the image, the word 'Programma's' on the first print is not straight, but a bit askew. On the second print, it is good.

I use standard 80gram paper and high quality 90gram paper, but there's no difference.

I'm using the standard HP driver installed by MacOS Sierra.

I did clean the printer with the automatic program, but this it not a solution.

How can I fix this??

Edit:

On this forum I read a lot of this issues with the same printer...

I'm going to call HP and ask if they send me a new toner.

I'm not going to buy a new one myself. Not now. The device is just 6 days old.

Called HP yesterday. They recognized the problem after I send a Diagnostic Report to HP. The wavy text and lines were clearly visible.

HP did send me 2 new toners. A black one and a magenta one.
Installed them today and the wavy lines are gone. Now it is as it's supposed to be. Great service, HP!
