Product: HP Photosmart 2610xi all-in-on

We are having difficulty removing the color ink cartridge from the above printer, fax, scanner, copier.

The document here shows the steps for changing the cartridge in your Photosmart 2610xi printer.  If there steps there do not help please provide some additional information - with the steps there is the black (or photo) cartridge removable?  Normally there is a part of the service station that moves down out of the way to allow the cartridges to be replaced.   If the black cartridge can be removed it indicates the service station position is correct.
