Our office is currently using Web Jet Admin (10.4.99821 10.4 SR1). We're trying to generate reports of devices, yet it's not working correctly.
When selecting All Devices
Add devices to data collection
- Device Inventory
- Next
- Next
2157 Printers
0 Success
936 Warning
1221 Error (So how do I fix this?)
Apply data collection template, using same settings, receive same numbers
Generate Report
Device Inventory (says 936 devices, ???)
- Primary Sort Device Name
- Secondary Sort IP Hostname
- Next
- Next
- Generate Report
Creates CSV that lists 620 devices.
OK, so that's everything, Xerox, Dymo, Epson, so I only want to see HP printers. Selecting exclusively HP and running through the same sequence...

And Generate Report shows 936 devices, but CSV has 469 listed.
So is there a setting I don't have flipped, an option I need toggled, each printer needs to have something set, a plug-in I need to install?
