Server OS: Windows 2008 R2 Standard
Function: Primary Domain Controller and also Print Server
Clients: All are Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit SP1

Due to Print Server spooler service instability (antoher thread started) I am considering disabling these two HP services but want to be exactly sure what we'll lose and what problems may occur by doing so.

I've worked out:

1. The HP Printer Notifications cease to appear (these ones: http://blog.thesysadmins.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/Hp-Print-Notification.png)

2. The printer automatic configuration feature ceases to work.

* Is there anything else, no matter how small?

* Will any problems occur/anything break by disabling these two services?

Thanks

Anyone thanks? This is still a problem for us.
