I receive an error message "HP CUE has stopped working and closed the program. What is the HP CUE?

Hi jvolner,

 

HP CUE is related to your printing environment.  You can try to fix it or you can disable it.

I do not know which printing tools depend on HP CUE.

 

The good news is that there is a fix for the issue.  See this link:

You can disable HP CUE in services:

I  typed "services.msc" into the "Run" box.  Then right click on HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service, click on Properties, change Startup Type to Disabled, Apply, OK.  Stops annoying popups without affecting other printer functions.
