HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a printout in my printer from HP Mimecast.  "Important:  The following messages addressed to you are currently on hold"  I had sent an email to my printer from my phone.  That's what I got.  I need to, somehow,  "Release, Block, or Permit"  "visit myITsupport" to learn more".    I have no idea what this is all about.  I have just lost over an hour trying to figure it out.

@CheeryBaba, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you have received a message from Mimecast. To assist you better, I need additional information which cannot be shared on a public post.

Mimecast is a security feature like a firewall that is blocking the ePrint print jobs that comes to your printer thinking it is spam.

Hi, you’ll need to get HP staff to unlock your account. They did for me and I am now working all righr

This is ridiculous - it was working perfectly and now it isn't. Our business relies on printing and now I have to wait until someone "messages" me and we resolve it. Please message me as I have searched high and low on your profile and friended you and still do not find a way to "message" you. @Kumar0307
