hello everyone, i use Popfax http://www.popfax.com as an online fax provider and it works really well. All you need is to enter in your online fax account, or desktop application, and start sending faxes from there.

Hi Wolf-hound,
Thank you for joining the HP Support community. I understand that you have some questions regarding eFax.
I have included a document about which printers come with a free eFax account. The document is missing the Photosmart 6520 series of printers which also come with the free eFax account. I have also included the Getting Started with eFax document to give you more information. In addition, any HP ePrint capable printer supports using eFax, they just don’t have the free eFax account.

I can no longer utlize the free service for receiving faxes via Efax. Efax is forcing me to upgrade now and now I have a worthless app on my HP7510 screen. I recieve faxes on my machine about 5 pages a year and I send maybe 5 pages a year.
"eFax also has a free plan which allows you to receive a limited number of faxes"
