What is the correct part number for printhead replacement

I am trying to locate a replacement for the printhead for my HP 7500A wide format printer.  HP Support said the number is CH638A , but I have read on this website the it is CN643A.    Very confusing, also how and where can I get one.  Apparently it is no longer available through HP.  Thanks, Sandy

My question is WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER?   I was told by HP support that it is not available through HP.  If you have different information, I would love to hear it.

As I have mentioned in my previous post to place the order from the part store you can use the product number.

If you need the part number of the print head please send me the product and the serial number of the printer in a private message.

Thanks.....that is one of the two numbers I had found.  Since it is no longer available from HP do you know of anywhere I could buy a trustworthy one.  Thanks, Sanduy

If it is not available in part store then you can try online it may be available. HP doesn't recommend any place or store as we are not sure whether the part is genuine.
