The Failed Printhead error will not go away.  I have followed all the steps to correct it and error message will not allow printer to print.  I do not know the printhead replacement part number and cannot locate it on HP website.  I'm beginning to hate HP!  This should be much easier.

@Julee1,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you need the printhead part number for your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer.

The part number is CR322A

If you are not located in the US then you may try CR324A (Europe and the Middle East) or CR326A (Japan and Asia Pacific).

You may order it by checking the HP parts store link: HP Parts Store

You have a good day ahead.

When I looked that part up in your HP Store, it said only available in lots of 5 at $120 per unit. I went to Office Depot and they can't even order one. Why is this so hard?
