First thing you need to do is disconnect the printer from the computer or network and turn it back on and see if it comes to ready. If it does it means there is a print job trying to print to that printer causing the error. You will need to remove the printjob, reconnect the printer, turn it on and first thing update the firmware to the latest version. If the printer comes to the error without being connected to the network or computer then refer to the link below for trying to update the firmware using the pre-boot menu and usb thumb drive.
