Greetings @Bob-wheat123,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you have printed a claim code on your printer and are trying to use, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Is your printer connected to your wireless router?
Could you please provide more information on the procedure you are using to utilize the claim code?
Note: HP Printers do not work or connect to 5Ghz networks. If you are using a dual band router, please give different names to 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz networks and connect the printer to the 2.4Ghz network.
Request you disable web services on your printer.
Restart your printer and enable web services, this would print a new claim code and you try to use the new claim code. Click here for assistance.
