@Ampaw

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand there are issues with printing certain letters in the script as they do not print the "l's",

No worries as I'd love to help, however, I need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

Which program do you use to print? did you try an alternate program to check if that works?

While you answer my question, try the below steps:

  • Connect the printer directly to the computer if it's over a Wifi and try again.

  • Perform a basic Reset of the printer and check if it works:
    • Follow these steps to reset the printer.

    • Press the Power button to turn on the product.

    • With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.

    • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

    • Wait at least 15 seconds.

    • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

    • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.

  • If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

  • Check for updated drivers

  • Install an alternate print driver

Let me know how that pans out,

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
