I am having a devil of a time trying to figure out how to update the serial number on a M2727nf after formatter replacement. I have found the Youtube video which almost answers the question, but he talks about files and that is what is needed to go forward. Where do I obtain the "USB Reset NOW" and the "SN Reset NOW" Files to use with this procedure??

Hi, I've been tracking this thread for sometime (the original) because I did (at one point) publish the link to the driver for Windows 7 that was the Windows 7 solution for Toolbox FX. I noted that the link was deleted, so I found my original post that shared the link, clicked on the link, and of course, it now goes to a dead page.
Below is a link to the original solution provided by AffableJ -- it won't help you find the driver for Toolbox FX, but it may give you some insight into the issue with Toolbox FX and this printer:
http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-Setup/Error-HP-ToolboxFX/m-p/873535#M37062
The entire thread has different posts and tips from other users.
Also, I did a google search and came up with this link from HP that claims all the drivers required for the HPM2727nf can be found here (note that it requires a USB connection t the printer):
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c02753196
And last, here's another page that explains the diffences between all the different drivers -- I am suspecting that the "Full Solution" took the place of the FX Toolbox Driver for Windows 7:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03737332#N165B4
Again, you have my sympathy, this really needs to be addressed by HP. I wish you luck . . .
