Had successfully set up my new Officejet 8710, got all my mobile devices hooked up. Worked fine....until a couple days later. Unable to print anything from wifi via laptop, phone, tablet. All had worked. I see others with same issue and they did a firmware update. I need more specific info. Where do I find that update to download and run?

Hi,

A firmware can only be updated to the current verwsion, which is 1803, which it a newer version than 1619..

You may download the latest firmware below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014

You may find details steps of updating the printer firmware in below document:

https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

If that doesn't help - is the printer connected wirelessly or with an ethernet cable to your router? is the blue wifi light on the printer is solid lit?
