Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Where do I find the WPS pin on my Office Jet Pro 8720?   I installed it just fine on my computer downstairs, but I have a laptop that I also use for work.  I've tried the solution offered to select "Add a Printer" then when I select it, it should show the PIN on the printer's display panel.  Unfortunately, I don't get that far. I get a message saying it has already been added, and it will reinstall if I continue.  Also, can't find it on the paperwork that came with the printer.

Hi DGILES311,

Thank you for choosing HP printer. I understand you wish to setup using WPS function, you can try below steps if it help

1. From printer control panel screen, Go to

    >> Setting >> Network Setup >> Wireless Settins >> Wi-Fi Proctected Setup >> PIN/Push button

Note: Do ensure both your laptop/mobile & OJP 8720 printer connected to the same network SSID to utilize this function.

If above DOES NOT help, you can also try to setup using steps in item #02

2. Setup using network SSID steps following below documents

hope this help.
