The "Tutor" designation is based on the number of posts you have made in the forum, see the post here for information.

 

As for your issue with Solution Center, both Shane_R and I have given you links in this thread for the full feature download for the C410a.  Are you connecting the C410a wirelessly or with a wired network?  If you have a partial installation that has failed I would suggest uninstalling the driver and starting from scratch with a fresh install.  Were there any error messages in the installation?  

 

Running the printer install wizard at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.

NO ERROR MSGS

In my experience, a 'partial install' is a particularly 'deadly'occurrence for an HP Printer Driver package.
If this has happened, removing the driver from the Control Panel is the First Step.
After this, reboot and use the 'Find File' feature to locate felse: %TEMP%. Delete all the files that you can from this folder (some may be in use; not deletable) and then reboot, again. (I think this removes pieces of the damaged driver package that prevent the proper installation of a complete driver package.)
Last; locate, fully download and then install the appropriate driver package. Be patient, let the installation indicate that it is complete.

I just received an HP Photosmart 7510 which HP replaced for my broken Photomsmart 3200. My 3200 Series used the Solution Center software which among other features allowed me to scan multiple pages into one .pdf.  So I'm really missing this feature. Is there a version of the Solution Center that can work with my new Photosmart 7510 and if so, where do I find in for Windows XP?

Good afternoon.  Not sure what driver package I have now.  It doesn't really matter now as I have the printer for sale as I'm sure I need a printer head.  HP ink drys up the fastest of all of them, so I jumped on an Epson Artesian 837 for $150.00 off.

In my response of Feb. 14, the word 'felse' should be 'file'. Sorry, (this happens when using Swype on my Android phone). Henry

I'm not sure I like it. Maybe I have to give it a chance, but the lack of a 800 # to provide customer service is a major thumbs down with Epson, which as actually caused me to convince myself to return it for another HP. Even on Epson's website, they say something about the fastest way to get help is to email them, so I did. That was 4 days ago, &, of course, I haven't heard anything. I'm impressed,but negatively big time.
