Where is the IP number for a HP deskjet 3520 e-all-in-one, needed to install into windows 7?

Hi - You can print a test page to get the IP address for your printer.  Follow these instructions:

 

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button ( ), and then press the button ( ) next to Settings .
  2. Press the Down Arrow ( ) to select Print Report , and then press OK .
  3. Press the Down Arrow ( ) to select Test Report , and then press OK .
    The printer prints the test page.

I'd recommend installing the Print and Scan Wizard which should help resolve any wireless networking issues as well:

Hi HP expert,  thanks again, all solved - the reason I lost the printer was because I had 'System restored' back to a different date and it must have removed something it should't and I had forgotten to 'uninstall' before trying to reinstall.   All is well now but at least it got me to join up to the excellent HP forum site.   Hanky:smileyvery-happy:

Read the above.  It's in the printer IF you are connected to your router.  You can also find it in your router.

I just print test results report : ip address not applicable, but Hardware Adresse (mac) have the number.
Is this for my mac computer?
