Hi, if you have the Deskjet 2510 and are based in Europe then you can use the HP301 and 301xl cartridges. For queries on cartridge compatibility check out SureSupply or the eSupplies app....

Hello radharris. I regret to inform you that there are no new printers that utilize the HP 56 and 57 cartridges. The Officejet 5600 series was the only series to utilize these cartridges. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I Think as stated all new Printers keep using a new type of cartridge,

THE way to get round this even if it seems 'expensive' :-

I have 5 printers all differing types ( A4 Photo / 10x15cm Photo / 4 way Fax / and 2 others,

and I bought 4 of the same type 5550  all at the same time and put in the loft, so when one wear out I have a new one in the loft to take out of its wrapper...     THESE ALL TAKE THE SAME TYPE CARTRIDGE 56 & 57

I have not needed a new one for a long time.

So when you buy a new printer if you can afford it buy an extra one,  as its usually dont cost much more than a couple of ink cartridges  -   and keep one or more in the loft  ----

I am very glad I did and I can buy cartridges in bulk and not worry ----

even sell OLD EMPTY cartridges for £1 + each    its a win   win ---

Regards
