Hi @SRIKURMA,
I see that you are experiencing issues with the printer going offline. I would be happy to help you.
What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I have provided a document to go through the steps to see if it will resolve this issue.
'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Does Not Print: Windows 7.
Uncheck the SMTP:
In the Devices and Printers window, right click on the printer and left click Printer Properties, click on the Ports tab, Configure Port and uncheck the SMTP to see if that will help in this situation.
How is the printer networked? (Ethernet, Wireless)
If you appreciate my efforts, please click the 'Thumbs up' button below.
Please let me know the outcome. Thank You.

I recently started having the same problem with my laptop (Windows 😎 using my HP 1100 wireless printer. I was unable to access the link listed--just got a blank white screen. The link ends in ... so maybe it is incomplete?
I also tried changing my setting to Print Offline, but that didn't work either. Help!

Hi @sraz,
I see that you are having issues with the printer showing offline. I will certainly do my best to help you.
What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Do you have the Laserjet P1102w model?
Here is a document for Windows 8, for HP Printers - 'Offline' Printer Status Message Displays (Windows 8).
If the issue persists, try the steps in this document to see if it will help. Wireless Printer Prints a Partial Page or Fails to Print All Pages in Windows 8. The Microsoft hotfix KB3000461 should help with this issue.
If you appreciate my efforts, please click the 'Thumbs up' button below. Thank You.

Hi @helenesstables,
I can help you, but I will need some more information to provide the proper steps to try and resolve this issue.
In the mean time, if you are using Windows, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor, it will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it.
What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
What operating system are you using?
How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
Feel free to click the 'Thumbs up' button below if this helps. Thank You.

Just solved my (same) problem with the OFFLINE message......For Canon mx880 885 etc there's a setup button. Activate it. On the screen see the icon of "wireless LAN setup. Use the right arrow on the printer to scroll to get the wireless into the frame and push ok. That brings up "easy setup" OK again.that brings up your IP and below that will be "directly enter....." Use the down arrow to highlight that. OK again and that brings up the instruction to "Enter access point name" OK again......NOW you are ready to enter "The Wireless Key" that is on the back of your modem. Use a magnifying glass to make sure to distinguish between a "B" and an "8" and anything else that could be ambiguous. ON the screen you will see Capital letters and a row of buttons below the screen that allows you to switch from Caps, to lower case, to numbers. You have to use the arrows to move and highlight the number or the letter and press OK each time to get that in the space at the topof the screen. When all the KEY numbers are in you have to press the button aligned with "DONE" and guess what...the printer will now print and be ONLINE. And that is where it should stay until someone buggers it up...But then you can follw this and regain it. Now all printers have a variation of the same thing and it is the "WIRELESS KEY" BACK OF THE ROUTER THAT IS THE OPERATIVE MAGIC TO GET YOUR PRINTER TO "ONLINE". And all those pretend fixers including MS should have this in their instructions and free of charge.......
