@KTabor. I share your pain. It is October, 2015, and I too have the same problem and am still not seeing any "solution." The fact that the HP "non-Support" website doesn't even have a phone number to call, even for anyone willing to pay them their stinking $25, should tell us all how HP feels about the situation. They were glad we shelled out the dough for the printer, and now go away with this problem.

 

I'm done with HP. Never again.
