Hi,
I recently upgraded a computer to Window 10 and it no longer recognizes the printer/scanner. The message I see in the Device Manager is "driver is unavailable". So is there a Windows 10 driver available? I also tried to use HP Smart but it doesn't appear to exist in Microsoft's app portal, could it address the problem?
