Windows 10 and HP Printer Deskjet D4360

I cannot get the print driver to load.

My Thinkpad is connected via USB but the printer is not being recognized.

How do I get around this?

The printer is now recognized. 

Print execution works.

However, nothing prints.

The cartridges may have dried up!
