The steps didn't work for me either.  I still cannot connect from my laptop or tower.

None of the solutions listed in this have worked.  I've tried the windows 10 upgrade guide and the printer not found - neither worked for my C7200 printer.

I have been fighting this issue with my C7280 since even before the upgrade to Windows 10, through 2 different computer systems, and I finally got it to hook up today.

 

First I deleted the C7280 that the regular software install adds in. then I went through the manual "add printer" because it would never see it, and then I added it by the "IP address" that you get from printing your wireless test report on your HP printer. First time I have been able to print from a PC in OVER 2 YEARS!
