Deskjet 3512
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter and I both upgraded to Windows 10 (edge). Since the upgrade neither of us is able to print black ink. The deskjet 3512 prints color only. I have tried resetting some of the settings, tried a new ink cartdridge and downloaded new drivers. Nothing has worked. It prints color great but just not black. The printer is only a year old and I hate to replace.

As a test can you print a copy using the black cartridge?

I also think it will not align because of the black ink not printing

Check the black cartridge printhead for ink by touching it to a wet paper towel.
