HP Officejet 6100 ePrinter series - H611

I am working with an old clinical PC tower system that is not internet connected, but has Windows 95 and has an attached HP Officejet 6100 ePrinter series H611 printer.  The printer stopped working years ago, and all print jobs fail and collect in the queue, even though the printer is on, connected, and has sufficient paper without any visible hardware warning lights.  I'm unable to print a test page, so basic printing isn't even being generated at the spooler level.

I'd like to reinstall the printer driver on the machine and start from fresh; however I'm unable to find the Windows 95 driver on the HP website.  Does anyone have a recommendation?

Hi @Ruben25 ,

Windows XP is and old windows system, however you can try to install with the next driver:

https://support.hp.com/es-es/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/model/4323174/swItemId/bi-108862-4

Also try to add from the Control Panel > Printers > Add Printer

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

Best regards,
