Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an HP 5740 all in one, I would like to know if this printer has the capablity for wireless fax versus landline, if so how do I access/use.

Sorry no, it is a wireless printer.  The fax works by connecting an analog phone line to the fax connection in back.  Read your User Guide for all info.
