I also began having problems printing Word documents.  I initially thought the problem was Calibri font, and was able to fix the problem by printing in Times New Roman.  Now, it will not print in that font either.  It will print PDF, Excel, photos etc...with no issue. 

I tried unplugging it as instructed, and no dice.

 

Do the drivers need to be updated?  I just want to know why this happened out of the blue.

I was using a non-standard font... changed it to a Word font (calibri or tahoma or arial...) and my document printed...
